Preparation of the concept for marketing communication of the last stage of investment in Poznan.
Finding a comfortable apartment is not an easy thing. Therefore, it is important to make sure that the whole process is pleasant and intuitive and also that it meets the expectations of the target group. When designing the concept of marketing communication for the next stage of investment regarding the Przylesie Marcelin Housing Estate in Poznan, we focused on the dialogue with a potential buyer of a property. We presented the characteristics of the investment in response to the specific needs and concerns of a client. However, we did not impose any answers, we only asked whether the offered interiors were what the buyers were looking for. The campaign was promoted by the following slogan: „Would you enjoy living here?”.
As we have been involved in the promotion of the Przylesie Marcelin Housing Estate for over 6 years now, we can say that we know it like the back of our hand. This has made it easier for us to identify the most important areas to which the client pays particular attention. However, it was the position of a partner and not an expert which was of key significance in the communication strategy for this Poznan investment.
