How do you promote a construction investment on an extremely competitive and demanding Warsaw market? This was the challenge that we faced when Pekabex approached us.
After analysis of the market, its target group and the competition, the time came to develop a unique communication strategy. We were looking for something that would clearly distinguish the investments from other similar properties. In Warsaw, there are many references to the Vistula River, the names of districts, the capital city and the Mermaid of Warsaw. We went for something completely different and exceptional - the flowers, with their scents and colours so characteristic of the Mediterranean Sea. And this is how we came up with the Casa Fiore villa.
Later, it was “just” a matter of working out the details, we focused on managing the Facebook and Instagram profiles and creation of the appropriate websites. Within only two months of the moment we started to promote Casa Fiore, the developer had managed to sell 30% of all the available dwelling units.
