Building the loyalty of contractors for the products offered by KREISEL.
Customer loyalty is not something that you can win easily. However, we have our ways of going about it. One thing that needs to be done is the taking care of the consumer’s needs. This is a continuous process, during which no mistakes can be made. KREISEL commissioned us the task of building loyalty among the contractors who use the brand’s products.
We took care of it properly. We prepared a strategic and creative concept for our sales support programme “Good Job”, targeted at façade contractors. In the 2-year period of our operations, we won over 800 active participants.
